Judith Fenelus

Judith P. Fenelus is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in public service and policy development. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service through strategic policy initiatives and political advocacy.  Prior to joining the Alliance, Judith served as the Chief of Staff to Assemblywoman Shavonda E. Sumter of the 35th Legislative District. She provided expert counsel on a wide array of Federal, State, and Local issues, including engaging with the state budget. Her ability to advise on critical and sensitive political matters highlights her strategic acumen and dedication to navigating the complexities of the New Jersey legislature.

Throughout her career, Judith Fenelus has earned a reputation as a tenacious political strategist and campaign expert. Her extensive experience in policy has made her a pivotal figure in shaping legislative priorities and initiatives. Judith holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Policy.
